NEW YEAR GREETINGS FOR 2026

Le Chemin des Crèches - the traditional display of nativity scences in Monaco - can be seen as you walk up the steps on La Rampe Major and through Monaco-Ville and around the Prince’s Palace. The beautiful open-air trail showcases over 100 nativity scenes from around the globe. The Princess Grace Irish Library has its own crib at the library which was designed by our intern Roxanne Privé, a student of the Lycée Rainier III in the Principality.

The word 'beannachtaí​' in the Irish language (Gaeilge) means 'blessings' and is commonly used as a greeting. In Ireland when you wish someone 'Beannachtaí na Nollag ort' it means Christmas blessings onto you.
